The Carp Anglers Database:
More than 2,000 lakes are currently in our system, waiting to be discovered by you. Especially carp and coarse fish anglers will find basic information about a body of water here. We refer to these as the so-called “simple entries” in our search filter. Currently, you will only find waters that offer day or weekly passes without requiring membership in a club.
We are not the operators of these waters! We do not sell licenses, offer advice, or have more information than what is listed here!
Through painstaking research, we have also identified the places where licenses are issued for you. For example, if you are looking for a lake for your fishing holiday, you can save yourself hours of research. We have intentionally left out details such as regulations, water conditions, tips, photos, etc., in the “simple entries.” Often, these details are outdated by the next fishing season and no longer relevant. You can recognize the “simple entries” by the simple aerial images in the title photo!
In the “simple entries,” you will quickly find an overview of:
- Night fishing or night fishing zones
- Homepage for regulations
- Tent bans
- Times when fishing is not allowed
- Shore accessibility, especially developed shorelines, etc.
- Locations where fishing passes are issued
Once you’ve gathered all this information, you can quickly and easily start planning your session!

We offer all water operators the opportunity to provide more details! For a small fee, they can fully present their lakes and ponds. Lakes and ponds using this service can be found in the filter under “Basic Status” or “Premium Status.” This way, we can provide our community with good and up-to-date data, as Premium or Gold customers can update this information annually themselves. So, if you want quick and easy access to all the information about a lake, you can rely on our “Basic” or “Premium” lakes! You can recognize these entries by the high-quality photos in the title images!

Lakes and ponds that use this offer can be found in the filter under “Basic Status” or “Premium Status”. This allows us to provide our community with good and up-to-date data, as Premium or Gold customers are allowed to update this data themselves annually. So if you want to get close to all the information of a lake quickly and easily, then you can use our “Basic” or “Premium” lakes! You can recognize these entries by the high-quality photos of the cover pictures!
We also see this database as a community project, because your attentive eyes will surely notice one or the other error. Please report this to us! This will make it a little easier for everyone to find the right body of water. It is time for us to catapult the information for anglers into the 21st century together.
